2010 Festival of Health
The 2010 Festival of Health was held on February 1-6, 2010 and featured a variety of informative experts speaking about the important areas of personal health. The Festival of Health is held every year in the early part of the year and is provided free-of-charge as a service to the community. CHIP-Cardio Health Improvement
CHIP, or the Coronary Health Improvement Project, is an intensive program designed to help you take control of and improve your coronary and overall personal health. Participants report having great success in improving their health after participating in this program. Classes are held periodically throughout the year at the Forest Lake Church.

Witness 4 Fitness
Witness for Fitness is a group designed for those who like to (or need to) exercise in a context of Christian fellowship. The group is open to individuals of all levels of physical fitness and ability.
When?: Sundays, 8-9.30A at San Sebastian Trail Head, Tuesday/Thursdays, 6.30P, Crane's Roost Park, Altamonte Springs

Vegan Cooking School/Kids in the Kitchen
The Forest Lake Church offers monthly vegan cooking classes. Attend the next one and learn more about healthy cooking. All classes provide copies of recipes and samples of recipes being demonstrated. Two classes are currently being offered.
Kids in the Kitchen--Ages 8+
When?: First Thursday of each month, 7P in the Lower Youth Center
